Emma Stevens is ready to direct another play for Knowlton Players

"Sylvia" is a story about a man and his dog and the problems that go with it.

It was performed two summers ago at The Piggery, with a minimal cast. (one actress played three different parts including a New York socialite, a psychiatrist and a man with a dog at the dog park).

Darleen Bell reprises her role as Sylvia and Michaela Barnes shed three roles to play the wife. The rest of the cast is new to the play but not to Knowlton Players.

Danny McAuley plays the husband, Sheila McManus takes the role of Phyllis, the New York socialite, Bill Jarand plays Tom, the man in the park and Bonita Burnham takes on the role of the psychiatrist.

A funny play that should not be missed.

A brilliant effort by all. Laura has once again given the theatre goers another excellent production. Well cast by the director and well done by the actors.
